Name changed as unsure about this situation. Have a 3.5yo ds who was seeing his dad every week for 2 days, then changed to every other weekend and has recently been flaking out on seeing him. He has just told me that he can't have ds overnight anymore as his mum has thrown him out (was living there and paying some rent) as he was arrested on Saturday morning for threatening and kicking off with his mum's partner.

WWYD? Allow ds to still see his dad even though he was in a situation with the police very recently?

Unlesss you think he is a threat to your child then it’s in your child’s best interests to encourage their relationship.
