So I changed 1 yo's poo nappy when he woke up this morning. Putting it in the nappy bin and a small black bug with white spots fell out!!

He had a sleepsuit on so it can't have just easily crawled in. Not sure what to do!

Do nothing.

It’s probably a carpet beetle, they’re coming out in my house at the moment. It might have been in your dcs baby gro. They’re harmless to people and really common in houses but the larvae can munch through natural fibres. We get them under our bed which we hardly ever hoover

It probably crawled in there and got stuck. I wouldn't worry about it. It could of been on his skin before you put the sleep suit on.
I've seen a lot more insects crawling about since the end of March. We have had a wasp and a centipede at work in the past couple of days.

Ah ok thanks that's good to hear, glad it didn't come from his tummy or anything.
