Hand shaking! Seizure?

My son will be 5 months old on the 11th. While he was sleeping on me one of his hands started lightly shaking in like a up and down motion it stopped and then started again. The second time I grabbed it and it continued to shake. He has done this before while asleep and when he wakes up usually during a stretch. I have grabbed it before and it has stopped once I did in the past. I have asked his doctor he said it was a immature nervous system and the hand should stop once I grab it. Well it didn’t stop this time and I’m freaking out! The doctor is supposed to call me soon and I have an apt to take him in tomorrow since they are already closed for the day. He has had a one hour eeg for possible infantile spasms and that came back normal but that was a while back. I was just wondering if any of your LO’s did this and if so does it always stop when u grab the area?

dd twitches as she falls asleep sometimes. I've been assured that is normal. Hopefully someone will be along shortly with more info. I'm thinking it may be the same thing.
