Clocks going forward confusion!!

Hey everybody,

I'm so so confused 😂 I'm a first time mum so forgive me.. everybody was telling me that since the clocks have gone forward I should be putting my 7 month old to bed gradually an hour later and naturally since the clocks have changed he has been doing everything an hour later than usual but his sleep just doesn't seem to be effected he's still been going to bed at 7pm and waking up between 8am & 9am. Am I supposed to be pushing his bed time back to 8pm or??? I'm at such a loose end I don't know 🙈🙈 xxx

Thank you x

Don't change anything if you don't have a problem (although if he's going to bed at 7pm now then that's the equivalent of 6pm in old time)

My 2 have never really been affected by the clocks changing. My 5 year old was a bit confused going to bed when it was still light but he soon settled. I've got friends who's children are a nightmare with the clocks. If you little one is fine just go with it.

We just carried on as normal. Didn't really notice it. I wouldn't overthink things!

In theory you would be bringing his bed time forward rather than back but if it hasn’t affected him don’t worry .
