Colief? Adverse Reaction?

Ds is 10 weeks and was prescribed colief. Drops to try and help colic like symptoms.

I started them on Monday and he seems worse Sad
-bouts of newborn type screaming for no apparent reason (possibly pain/trapped wind) that lasts 5 minutes then stops as abruptly as it began.
-He's not sleeping as well as he can.
-His nappies are a bit sharty, poops ranging from lumpy to too wet.
-He's farting more and straining.
-He's bringing up more of his feeds than I'd like to see. Sometimes a couple of hours after feeding.

  • he's feeding 2 hourly through the day, like a newborn again.

I'm thinking growth spurt/leap but am going to stop the colief I think. Also have non related gp appointment tomorrow so will check with her (May ask for some baby gaviscon I think too).

Wondered if anyone else had experienced similar with colief drops, or maybe I need to wait it out and he'll miraculously start to feel better with the colief after a few more days?
