Breast feeding

Not sure I'm on the right thread but looking for some advice.
I had my baby a week ago today 😊💙 anyway around Wednesday my boobs started to feel abit sensitive and I could tell they were filling up.
On Thursday they were becoming quite hard in places, same still was happening yesterday.
Anyway today they have gone really soft and only feel slightly hard in certain places. I have no leaking and I am also not breast feeding (obviously)
Can anyone tell me what's happening? Will they start filling up again? Does every woman's boobs leak?

Congratulations on your baby :)

I'm no expert and haven't experienced this but it sounds like your body is responding by stopping the milk supply as it is not needed. As long as you aren't in any pain, and have no red painful lumps I would trust your body on this one. Wear a supportive bra (not too tight) which should help in terms of your comfort.
