Littles & Bloomz- really bulky? Is my DD too young?

DD is 3 weeks old and I’ve been alternating between disposable and reusable nappies. We’ve got a few varieties but more little & bloomz as they were cheaper and had good reviews but they look really bulky? I’m worried I’ve got them on too tight or that she’ll be too hot.

Am I doing something wrong or is she too young for them? She was 9lb 1oz at birth so she’s not small...

It's possible that they are being over stuffed with inserts? Is LO peeing through the insert so that it is damp at the back?

Sometimes cloth just looks a little bulky on tiny bottoms, they soon grow into them. As long as there isn't leaking it's okay for baby. Were just so used to seeing flat disposable bottoms that we think it looks odd!
