Tips for how to cope

Hi all, hoping I can tap into your collective wisdom! I’m 35 weeks with number 2 and starting to feel stressed about how to manage when baby arrives. I have a 3 yr old who will be at nursery 3 days a week but looking for tips on how to manage days when I have her. She’s super energetic and very hard work if we stay in but I just remember the early days with her and how even getting in the shower felt like climbing Everest. I already find getting me and dd up and out really hard (though I guess not being hugely pregnant will help a bit) so now worrying I just won’t be able to do it with the 3 of us. Please give me your tips!! What can I do to make day to day things easier? Especially tips on how to get a stubborn 3 year old to comply with simple requests. Thank you!
