Nearly 3 year old - potty training, loads of accidents because she drinks so much from the bottle!

Would it be too much to get rid of the bottle while trying to potty train? I know I should have it done it first. She drinks milk from it and won't drink milk from a cup. How would be the best way to do it or will it disrupt potty training?

I think it's the ideal time!

You're too big for nappies, you're too big for bottles. Big girl knickers and a big girl cup. Lots of praise and admiration for what a big girl she is!!

It doesn't really matter if she doesn't drink milk, just give her extra yoghurt/cheese etc.

Although having said that.....I don't think a bottle or how much she drinks should affect potty training. If anything, the advice is to get them to drink loads during potty training so they get lots of practise.

Thanks I might try.
