Any mamas feed on demand and weaning? How do you do it?

My dd is weaned now but at 6 months I just gave her some food when I fed her older brother. So maybe a piece of toast or a bit of banana at breakfast time, some beans or omelette at lunch time, bit of whatever ds was having for tea etc.

Offer BM 30 minutes to an hour before a meal of you are doing baby led weaning as bae share meal with you and thsi means Bab isn't hungry before mealtimes as nthis is thier main source of nutrition until 1 years old. Remember food before one is not just for fun
