Next size dummies, how do you know?

Dd is nearly 5mo but is a big girl. 6-9 month clothes are getting a little tight.

She has mam 0+ dummies but she's started spitting them out as if their too small. Not sure on the guidelines for dummies other then the age.

Has anyone moved their dc up early??

I use the MAM dummies for DS and he is big for his age. (5 months and wearing 12-18) He moved up a size fairly early, he would get an indent on his face as if the dummy was too small for his face. The size up from the one you're currently using is 6 months plus so you might as well try it out.
