Twin Pushchair recommendation

Hello 👋🏽
What do you recommend for Twins Pushchair?

  1. Get a double or two single ones?
(Or maybe get a good double one and two cheap single ones for grandmas house?) I guess two single ones will be impossible to take both out together alone.
  1. We don't like the ones with two tiers as poor Baby B is underneath and it feels claustrophobic
  2. We like to take long walks and generally husband is super outdoors guy!
  3. Something that fold down easily as well
  4. Can you get one that is also car seats and then fold down or car seats should be separate and left permanently in the car?
  5. Do babies grow out of pushchairs or is there one for all ages from newborn?
Any brands suggestions that are good and won't cost more than my car?! Shock What about the Out n About stroller (quite like the look of that) ? Does it fold easily? Thank you xxx

Out and about is the best. Lightweight, turns on a penny, lays flat from birth, fits through most doorways. It's amazing. It is big when folded, but so are most doubles.

I had a donkey which I loved, but it doesn’t fold easily and is expensive. The nipper is good but if I recall does not allow you to use it as a travel system with car seats. I think your best bet might be the double mountain buggy. Narrow, not as expensive as some, all terrain, folds easily (though heavy), easy to steer with one hand whilst holding coffee in the other 😉. Huge storage underneath too which you’ll want with twins.

Although, having said that about the nipper with travel system, my twins are 5.5 years old now, so newer versions might be okay with the car seats!

If it were me, I’d go to a showroom where you can see the buggies in person and test/compare. Don’t underestimate things like ease of folding and undercarriage basket space. Those will improve your quality of life with two babies!

Yes the three wheeler. You can pick them up second hand relatively cheaply (compared to £500 ish new). I never used a car seat with mine, Ds was in it from birth but his carseat is a 0-4years isofix one.

We had the out n about double and it was a dream to push. I also still use a single out n about for my SN 5 year old and it’s still easy to push
