Mums of prems! My gorgeous little (actually big šŸ˜‚) 6 weeks prem son is coming up to 16 weeks so 4 months and I’m looking towards his inevitable sleep regression šŸ˜… just wondering if they go through it at their actual age or their corrected age? Thanks xxx

They don't all go through sleep regressions and they don't all go through it at the same time. But, if I was to work out anything developmentally I guess I would look at adjusted age.

Ds didn't go through any sleep regression at any point. Fingers crossed

DD1 was 6 weeks early and she didn’t go through any sleep regression at all. DD2 has just turned 16 weeks (arrived only one week before due date) and no changes to her sleep patterns yet - fingers crossed it stays that way.

Well this is positive! He's always been a pretty good sleeper (well basically since his due date and he was big enough to sleep in a sleeping bag) and he's just started waking for only one feed a night. I was crying inside thinking this was going to go backwards but maybe not!
