Hi

My DD is 4 weeks old today and is suffering her first cold. Does anyone have any advice? It's horrible seeing her ill and not being able to fix it

A humidifier might help. Also you can get snufflebabe oil which you put on a muslin on the radiator.

Breastfeeding? Someone told me breast milk up the nose can clear a bunged up nose

Thank you everyone. I'll try anything for her, it's awful not being able to take it away.

@OnlyFoolsnMothers how would I get breast milk up her nose? I can express and use a syringe maybe?
