What size nappies would you say a 8 month old should be in? 3 or 4?

Pampers being the make

3 I would say, for an average sized baby

UnicornsAndGlitterxx · 13/03/2019 16:36

@Mumofaprinny I thought that too. My daughter is in size 3 but I just tried the new nappy pants size 4 and they fit so now I'm just like she must fit both then?🤔

Mine was in 4+ - 98th centile for height and 75th for weight.

Oh I always found pampers a bit off in sizes compared to supermarket ones. I was surprised that dd's nursery put her in 5s when she was 4 everywhere else but they did fit.

UnicornsAndGlitterxx · 13/03/2019 16:44

@FrozenMargarita17 I think these nappy pants are a tighter size 4, they are great tho!

My 8 month old is fine in pampers 3 but in Sainsbury's and asda 4 🤷🏻‍♀️

UnicornsAndGlitterxx · 13/03/2019 18:13

@Winterfellismyhome yep! I have to say nappy pants seem so much better than normal nappies I wish I'd discovered them sooner

My 8 month old DS has been in Lidl size 4 for a good few months. The 3s kept leaking and it was hard to do them up in the first place. He's a chunk though, big fat legs! DD wasn't as chubby but I seem to remember her being in a "big" size for a long time before she moved up. So I imagine DS will be in the 4s for a bit longer.

Christ my 4 month old is in size 4's. God knows what size he will be in by 8 months 🙈

He's 99th percentile all round. Mega long.
