Car seat confusion!

Hi all, I'm looking for a new car seat for my 14 month old.

I've picked up from mumsnet that I need to get one that goes to 25kg. I was hoping to get Britax Two Way Elite but it only goes to 18kg for forward facing now (25kg when back facing).

Diono Radian looks good but also very big and we'll need to use it for a long overnight drive in the Spring so don't want the passenger to be squeezed in.

Any advice? Also would like to spend less than £200 if possible...

Thanks a lot in advance!!

It's a parent option to rear face we rear face and my son is 5 we have a axkid which is a rear facing seat only.

If you want to front face but want the 25kg harness option there is the joie bold but you will need a top tether and isofix

Thanks, it just feels quite difficult for some reason. I know he can be rear facing but just good to have the flexibility I guess?

If you’re fine only rear facing to 18kg the Joie everystage is good

We have the Joie Everystage FX - currently have it rearward facing. It's good, though the strap that you pull to tighten the harness is very stiff, it does last them for a long time.

Thank you! Leaning towards the Joie, which I hadn't really thought about before, so thanks for the advice
