11 year old tummy ache and general malaise.

My 11 year old is off today again, he has tummy ache, doesn't really feel like eating, and just generally feels unwell (being a bit feeble).
This is not the first time he's has this, it is about the 3rd time.
He has suffered with reflux in the past.
Yesterday he had quite strong sour breath too?
He likes school, and is happy so I don't think it's related to that.
Any thoughts please?

Not constipation, I'm veering towards food intolerance, so I'm guessing a food diary would be the way forward.

Mistress, he does suffer from abdominal migraine, but this seems different. Can they take different forms? He normally gets a severe headache, is sick and then sleeps it off?
Blue, no, he drinks plenty of water throughout the day.

Mistress, I've just looked up abdominal migraines in more detail, and I think you might be right, he does have sumatriptan on prescription, but I thought that was more for the headache?
