Hot, painful rash with Tesco nappies

Has anyone had a problem with Tesco nappies? My 16 week old has been fine in sizes 1 & 2, we put him in size 3 for the first time tonight, and he woke up screaming in pain, and where the waistband touched his skin was covered in a really hot rash. Has this happened to anyone else?
He calmed down after we took off the nappy and used a flannel on him, and we then let him be nappy free for a bit, before putting a size 2 nappy back on him.
The only thing I can think that could have caused a problem is the nappy, as we haven't done anything else differently, and it was where the waistband touched his skin. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

I've seen stuff about this happening. Hope the pai subsides, soon.

Yes I read a thread about this a couple of days ago.

He seems a lot better now thanks. Just so bizarre that this has happened. I won't be using the rest of the pack, that's for sure!

Don't worry I'm definitely not going to use the rest of the packet! Especially after reading that thread too. I'll contact Tesco to let them know too.
