Best head lice treatment?

We've managed 12 tears nit free, which is pretty good going. However the dreaded lice have got us.

Does anyone recommend anything good for it? Any tips before I waste money on the wrong stuff. Thanks!

vamousse mousse worked for us around 2 weeks ago. i did the treatment, then combed through their hair, before repeating again 1 week later (which isnt needed but i wanted to be sure)

I remember having head lice a few times as a child, but I've never dealt with it as an adult.
