11 month old wakes up repeatedly

Help!! We did it all wrong! Our baby girl has grown used to a long drawn out bedtime and wakes throughout the night for cuddles, bottle, nappy change, gentle rocking, singing, etc. She won't fall asleep if we don't do all of the above night after night. She never got use to a comforter as we didn't introduce one initially and failed since trying repeatedly. She stands up in her cot and won't allow us to keep her lying down. She throws her soother away and cries for it (and us).
So... Do I fix all the problems at once and how do we fix this?
Thanks!

If you can possibly afford a sleep trainer/night nanny, get one. It's money well spent and they will have more success, more quickly than us advising you here.

If not, have a look at the various sleep guides available and find one which suits your/your babies temperament.

I would address all the issues at once. Have a complete overhaul of the bedtime/nighttime routine. Prepare for a few tricky nights. It will be tough. Stick with it. Consistency is the key!
