3 year old isn't speaking well

My 3 year old son. Doesn't speak like any other 3 year old.
He can say basic things like hello, hi, mummy, daddy, grandad, nanny and a couple of other things like mr tumble. But nothing else. He can't say his name or any sentences, he can't saying two words together.
I know this isn't normal and I know all children develop different rates but I am started to get worried.

How was the delivery? Have you spoken to your health visitor? Is he going to nursery? Go to seek your GP ask for a referral for speech and language therapy

Is he in a bilingual environment?
