My 13mo dd naps for about 1h30 at 9 and 1h30 about 2. Goes to bed at 7, but up once in the night (I bf her...need to night wean soon) but then up for the day at 5... I would love her to get up at 6 like she used to. Is it worth me waking her up from her first nap or adjusting nap times? What are your routines? Thanks!
