Last Friday my 7 month old had v&d. Seemed to come and go in 24 hours, I was a bit iffy day before but not sick. So I'm thinking a bug.

Last night he was sick again but 3 hours after milk and it was sticky (Tmi but like melted chocolate), today he's been ok but more tired than usual. Just given him his bedtime bottle and a lot came back straight away.

He's teething, can it cause sickness? He's not got a temp, wet nappies and if anything a little constipated now.

Sounds like a bug to me. There is no evidence that teething causes vomiting. If teething babe may be off food as well. Also depends how you are weaning babe of he's had meal just before bottle of could just been to much on little ones stomach.

Ta he's not had much milk or food all day and nothing before bed tonight, last night he had some rusk but hours before he was sick.
