Husband working abroad, no parents or family able to help and I've suddenly become really unwell. It happened in the space of a few hours.. temp of 38.5,shivering and feeling freezing, aching all over. How am I ever going to look after my energetic 1 year old tomorrow? I feel like crying.Any tips? SadSad

Oh dear OP. Try and sleep as much as possible. Lots of TV and snacks for DC tomorrow. Take as much medicine as you need.
