14 week old suddenly sleeping alot during the day

So my LO is 14 weeks 2 days and today she has only been awake for around 4 hours so far. She was up at 7.40am and seems to only be managing an hour to a hour an half awake before she gets really grump and tired. Normally she has a good couple of hours awake. When she's awake she is rather grumpy too, normally I get lots of smiles and giggles. Today I've only had a few and it's only when she just wakes up. She's drinking normal and sleeping normal during the night. Could it be a growth spurt?? However she didn't sleep much yesterday day so could it be that?

She is maybe growing or catching up on her sleep if she seems fine when she is awake don't worry too much

My baby went through stages of sleeping more on some days than others. 60-90 mins of awake time is pretty normal at that age.
