Ebay have stopped allowing the sale of used re-usable nappies ? Sorry if this has already been discussed but i really want to know why? Cant be down to any health issues

they class it as used underwear!- i know stupid isn't it!

but you can buy used underwear on there ,ive seen it even if i havent bought any!
