Hi!! Just wondering what people are giving their littles ones as snacks? We love yogurts in our house and i find fromage frais like petits filous but was chatting to some friends and everyone was really divided! Some said they were too sugary but some said they were happy to give them to their kids for breakfast etc. Confused Confused

What are you giving your little ones to snack on?

My LO only has natural plain yogurt. Thinks it's a massive treat. Poor thing.

And why yes, he is my PFB.

Petite flous we don't get to high in sugar but we get natural yoghurt put fruit in or honey as a treat.

I give ds the little yeos. Hardly any sugar.

I prefer to give them plain Greek yoghurt, you can control the sweetness by adding a bit of fruit.

DD5 loves fruit (whatever we have in, generally melon/apples/grapes/strawberries) , raisins, cheeses chunks - or on the other end of the spectrum, chocolate pancakes!
She's never been bothered much about yogurt but I do sometimes get Frubes & freeze them, healthier to have sugar & dairy than the fake chemicals in the 'no added sugar' nonsense.

My DS always has a yoghurt for desert after dinner. As above I would rather give sugar than the sweeteners rubbish.

We give DCs Little Yeos or plain yoghurt with fruit purée stirred through.
You can also freeze the yoghurt on a sheet in little blobs, & give them as yoghurt drops. Messy but fun if your child is happy with cold things & can be good when teething.

Little Yeos are the best. Sweet and flavoursome but not sugary.
