What could this be?

These appeared about 3 days ago as red blotches. They are now becoming pus filled. Any ideas what it could be?

Possibly impetigo, needs an antibiotic cream to clear it as it’s infectious if so

If it's infectious, is that just himself? As in it can spread?
Or can others catch it too? As I have another little one.

Impetigo is very contagious to others

My dd had it a few months ago, luckily we got an emergency apt the day it popped up and no one else managed to catch it
