As the title says, does she have to disclose where he lives? They’ve been dating for a year, no plans to move in or marry or anything like that, children have not yet met the new partner
He is asking their 7 year old daughter where her new partner lives, what type of house, what road it is etc
They’ve been to court and mediation etc - he has done this before to the mother (my housemate) and has had police involvement
But it seems he disregards her right to a private life ???
Is there a legal cease and dis letter the partner can write to the father ???
