To-do list before second baby?

I'm due my second baby in a few months so I'm trying to plan ahead for practical things to get done before I give birth. My little boy will have just turned 2. So far, I'm thinking:

Stock up the freezer with homemade meals, chips, etc
Stock up on snacks for us and toddler
Get haircut for me and toddler
Get his feet measured/new shoes (he should be due for new ones anyway)
Buy presents for any upcoming birthdays/occasions

Anything else you can suggest? Thanks :)

A gift from the baby to the toddler and take the toddler shopping to buy the baby a gift for when they arrive:

A day before ds2 arrived, I decided that I simply must hoover under our bed, it took most of the day, and ds arrived early the next morning. I would say with hindsight it wasn't necessary, and that I've not bothered being that thorough since!

If you have people to babysit, make the most of some child-free time before baby arrives!

Stock up on washing powder/toilet roll etc.

That's all I can think of (have recently had second baby with similar age gap)

A lovely bath and shower set of goodies for afterwards. Disposable knickers.

Make a box of little toys you know your 2 year old will love, keep it for times you are busy feeding the baby.

Busy bags are handy to take out and about to keep the 2 year old occupied. Reusable Magic colouring books that you paint with water.

Basically loads of stuff to keep the 2 year old amused.
