Produce too much milk!

My baby is 11 months and I am still breastfeeding however I still produce a lot of milk during the day.
I only feed in the morning and evening as I am at work all day but I am constantly leaking and end up really full by the end of the day.
I don’t know how to stop them getting so full as I am not pumping during the day as I don’t want that to encourage it to keep happening.

Any advice?

How long have you only been feeding morning and night? I found it took about a month to fully settle.

Hi mindutopia!

I went back to work when he was 7 and a half months so since then. I leak every single day it’s ridiculous.
I know I shouldn’t moan about producing so much when some people don’t produce enough but it’s horrible having the feeling of them being so full all the time.
If he stays out for the night when I wake up they are like rocks and really very painful.

sage tea is meant to help. Its not that nice but bearable with sugar!! (you can buy sage drops in health food shops.)
