Strong smelling urine

My LB is coming up to 12 weeks old and is EBF. I've noticed his nappies have a strong urine smell to them during the night. He has been eating well 10 feeds yesterday average time of 27 minutes per feed... the nappies feel heavy enough and no other apparent symptoms. He has been sucking his fists a lot and drools a bit too... any ideas if this is normal enough and what causes it?

Sounds like he's teething. Apparently the urine gets darker and smellier. I never noticed it tbh but all the signs are there with the drool and fists in the mouth.

Definitely teething. My son's nappies are very strong smelling with it Envy

I did think he has had some teeth coming through and my health visitor didn't believe me! He definitely isn't dehydrated anyway as he managed to pee all over himself, his dad and the nursery walls this morning Shock
