Went to put my 3 month old son down on his play mat and must of let go too soon because he kinda dropped onto it. He cried for a couple minutes napped in my arms work up drank an ounce of milk and is now playing normally on his play mat. The play mat is cushion and was on carpet. Should I be worried? FTM I hope he’s going to be ok I really don’t want to take him into the ER. My sister says he will be fine she has twins.

I wouldn't be worried, it probably just startled him.

If your worried take him to your GP to get checked over. Hope he's ok

Hell be fine. Dd rolled off the bed onto her face at 5/6 months (I was putting laundry in a basket and she decided that was the day she was going to learn to roll!) and she was absolutely fine.

GP check if you’re really worried, but landing on cushioning wouldn’t panic me.

He sounds ok. How did he land?

EyeOfTheTigger · 08/02/2019 15:50

How high up did he drop from and what part of his body did he land on?

Ns19 · 08/02/2019 22:01

On his back he had a little pause like he got scared and then started crying
