Difficulty feeding (spitting out and lazy feeder!)

Evening everyone!

Looking for some tips or advice and well, to see if I am the only person to experience this.

When the little one was born she was on number one teats but she had difficulty getting the milk so it was coming back up. Midwife suggested upping the teat size to the next one which we did. It seemed to work but then the flow appeared to fast or she was getting greedy and taking too much and not allowing it to go down. So another midwife suggested vari flow teats which seemed to work a treat but he last few feeds she is spitting it out or it’s dribbling down the sides of her mouth. From what I can tell she’s taking it back but not swollowing it so allowing it to dribble. It’s so frustrating.
Is it a good idea to go back to the original teat size? I’m unsure if this confuses things?

She’s always been a lazy feeder and likes to go to sleep from time to time and it takes me about an hour and 15 minutes to feed her and wind her. I’m hoping it will improve?
