I know someone with a PFB.
They have been doing signing with their 10 month old and have taught hi milk, wee , poo etc.
Now they have started him on the potty.
Are they very clever or setting themselves up for a fall?

nothing wrong with babysigning or early potty training or elimination communication IMHO

very clever.

Does it really matter which they are? It's their choice.

The time goes by so quick though, I'd advise them to let him be a baby a bit longer yet.

Crumbs this is intriguing me... does that mean they take a potty when they go out and about?

I've come across quite a few parents starting before the first birthday in France but it seems to be more a question of timing it right (like if you know baby performs after a meal) than real potty training.
