What if baby wakes up? Or refuses to open mouth? How long should a dream feed take? Any experiences welcomed thank you! Smile

I don't know if you're using bottles or breast but my dd is breastfed. I started a dream feed at about 3 months and she Co sleeps. It's amazing I just lay close to her and move boob to her face and she just latches. If she's facing the wrong way I stroke her cheek and that tells her there's food somewhere so she turns around. It only takes a few minutes and she doesn't wake up usually. If she does I don't make eve contact and just feed. She goes back to sleep right away. I still do it now at 9 months

Thank you for our tips! I'm so far finding breast better than bottle. I need to keep trying and I'm having mixed results!
