My baby is 3 months old, and over the past couple of weeks he’s started to dribble loads and constantly chewing his and hands and anything he can reach??

Yep, sounds like teething! It could still be months until they actually come through though.
Teething is a long and frustrating process. DH is a dentist and even he's been shocked by how long it takes dd's teeth to come through lol.

Anbusol and dentinox are life savers.
If baby is getting upset with it, calpol or baby neurofen.
You can get teething toys that strap to their hands if they're too small to hold.

Hope it all goes smoothly xx

Babies start producing saliva at 3 months and exploring his hands is a perfectly normal developmental stage. So he may not be teething.
