Baby wedge pillows

My little one is 10 weeks and has never liked being flat on his back. After his immunisations at 8 weeks and then at 9 weeks having a bad cold this has got much worse at night and he now will only sleep in our bed propped up on my pillows. He is in a sleep bag and I keep our bedcover well off him but this isn’t ideal safety wise for him and sleep wise for us. I’m considering buying a wedge to put underneath the head end of the cot mattress. My baby will be in a sleep bag so no risk of him creeping down under blankets but is it still dangerous? Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated! We have been given a small trial amount of baby gaviscon to try him with by the doc (I had to push doc to prescribe) but as baby is full of a cold it’s not making much difference and I’m not using it upto full dose as only have a small amount to try with!

We used a Wedgehog pillow for my DD which worked well and is designed for refluxy babies so perfectly safe. Actually currently selling mine if you're interested!!

Thankyou! We decided to buy one as decided it can’t be any more risky than him sleeping in our bed and he has slept comfortably in his cot ever since!! So glad we got it!
