Disabled or Chronically Ill Single Parent with ADHD child

Dear All

What help is available for a single parent with chronic illnesses with a child of 10 years who has ADHD and probably ODD. Life is sooo very hard all the time. I am ill health retired too still (just over 4 years). My illnesses are ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia. I am also struggling with anxiety and depression. Xx

Do either of you have a social worker? That's usually the best way to access support.
