Heavy object fell on LO

Trying to pull up on a small but heavy coffee table (the medium one in the nest of tables!) LO pulled it down onto herself.

She’s got a very small bump and didn’t cry...was sitting up

I’m just worried because it’s a heavy table and in case it’s done any internal damage?

She’s been herself since but has anything similar happened to anyone?

More than once in fact. I might be considered a bit slack on these things but I would set a lot of store by the fact that she doesn't seem out of sorts. If she's gone back to playing happily and is just as she usually is, I probably wouldn't worry too much about it.
