Book recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good book with sleep solutions / ideas for babies 6 months plus? I’ve seen the no cry sleep solution by Elizabeth Pantley - not sure if it’s worth a read? Want to read in prep for 6 months as my almost 5 month old is a dreadful sleeper and can’t see it getting much better within a month! Need something with help or tips! Then at least I’ll feel I’m doing something to help!

I liked The Gentle Sleep Solution by Chireal Shallow - it was a little while ago now so I don't remember details, but it made me feel empowered and definitely helped things.

Do you have a library near you? That was great for me as some books just didn't fit with me and my baby and would have been a waste of money had I shelled out for them!

I like alison scott Wright - sensational baby sleep plan. Did it from birth and worked for both my DC. Not sure about problem solving with older babies, but I recall it does have a whole section on that.
