Organising a wishlist for a 1st birthday of nephew. How would you organise this? What are some good gift ideas for 1+? The list is not for all guests. Just the people that are asking for direction.

Ask the parents? Personally I’d ask for clothes in 18m/2y, books and subscriptions to local farms/museums etc.

Ask the parents firstly and see if he needs anything and what he's into.

My 1yo has a ball pit and uses it every day. He also likes toy trucks (as long as they’re reasonably chunky) and peg dolls (they get carried everywhere). Board books with holes to poke fingers in are also a favourite.

clothing wise I would check what size with parents. my ds is small and still in 9-12 at 16 months so he still can't fit into all the clothes we were given for his 1st Birthday and by the time he will the season will be totally wrong. likewise some kids are bigger
