Is this normal?

Please help! My youngest has been potty trained a while and is in the stage where she sneaks off to do it alone and doesn't want any help. We went away yesterday for the night and just got back, so we've been away over 24 hours. I just found a wee she must've done in her room the morning we left and not told me and has been sat there all this time. I tipped it into the toilet and went to rinse it out but noticed the wee has created a hard, crystalised substance in the bottom of the potty which was really hard to scrub off!

I've never had this with any of my other kids before. Is this normal if the wee has been sat a while? Or is it best to get her to the Dr and get it a urine test or something? She's fine in herself but I'm really worried now
