I tend to be a bit of a lurker on here but have been asked by a male friend to try and find a good solicitor in SE London area for him to seek advice from. He has a son aged 4 and is finding access increasingly difficult. He now wants to try and formalise the arrangements through the courts. His ex partner has moved to the west country and remarried and is expecting another baby. For whatever reason she seems to want to cut my friend out of their son's life now. Up until recently he travelled every weekend to Bristol where they met up and then he would have his son for the weekend. He would then drive back to Bristol and return his ds to his ex p. This is now becoming less frequent and his ex p is unwilling to discuss. If he could speak to a solicitor it would help I am sure as at the moment he doesn't know where to turn. If anybody could make any recommendations I would be extremely grateful. My friend lives in the Blackheath area of SE London. TIA
