Is the gp able to help or refer us to anyone for sleep problems in children? We have major sleep issues with our 3 year old DD which we've had since she was a baby but has got ALOT worse.
We've tried everything, nothing has worked & have literally had enough its really getting to us & affecting us now.
Most days she's like a zombie (& us) where she clearly isn't getting enough sleep this concerns us as she is due to start school in September. How will she cope?

Please don't suggest speak to a health visitor we've done this & they've never been any help!

Thanks

Have you tried a sleep consultant? Is that an option financially?

I've never really looked into one, I've heard they are quite pricey though. Is this right?
My 3 year old is even disrupting my 5 month old's sleep now. Something needs to be done. We are all suffering.

Sleep consultants are expensive but everyone I know who has used one has said it was worth every penny! Your daughter needs sleep and so do you. After all this time I think you should serious consider it, as it will finally help you break the sleep patterns you're in.
