Will a silicone let down pump work for me?

My little girl is almost 8 months old and I only ever used to get let down from the opposite boob in the first month of her life. Will one of these pumps still work for me?

I'm 8 months in as well and can't really get anything from the silicone pump anymore. I guess our supplies are so established now that this may be why?

If my baby misses a feed and I feel slightly fuller than usual then I can collect some. Otherwise not really.
