How much milk at 8 months?

Hi all, just after some advice. I've seen the recommendations for 500-600mls, but it don't think DS has anywhere near that much. He's still bf, will occasionally take an ounce or two out a sippy cup, but in general seems to have lost interest in milk a bit. His feeds are fewer and shorter. He has three meals a day (incl porridge, cereal with milk, and yoghurt/cheese etc.), and has recently started having a morning or afternoon snack as well. Also has a multivitamin with iron every day.

My question is, do other peoples babies manage to have the recommended amount of milk at this age when also having 3 meals? Should I cut down on food in an attempt to up the milk? He loves his food, and no concerns at all about weight. What are other people doing. Thanks in advance!

My baby was the same at that age. I always did it in ounces so she had 3x 5 ounces.

She's just about to turn 1 and is now on 3x 4 ounces of cows milk.
