What to put under a 2.5 tog sleeping bag

what would you put your LO in when sleeping in a 2.5 tog sleeping bag our room is between 18-21 at night she's been sleeping with a blanket at the moment with a vest under a sleepsuit but kicks the blanket off at night so want to use the sleeping bag but don't want her to get too hot thanks

I put my DS in short sleeve vest and a baby grow/ pjs. I find he sleeps better when he has a vest on too.

I put her in a short sleeved vest and sleepsuits but our room is quite cold at night (I have no idea what temp) I usually have a small cellular blanket nearby as well if she wakes up cold
