Baby with runs - changing formula

Hello

Hoping for help. I'd planned on changing my baby's formula from tonight to help with gas but she's had the runs this afternoon, lots of very watery poos, sweating and screaming. Her temp is ok I must have taken it 15 times.

I feel like changing formula when she has an upset tum might be a bad idea but wanted to see what more experienced mums think, because if formula is causing gas a change might still help?

Thanks.

How old? Sweating and screaming means you need to ring 111

Sorry, I was typing holding the baby so didn't elaborate properly and reading back made it sound worse than it is. She screamed a lot for maybe 15 mins and was sweating then, i changed her out of a jumper in to a babygro and she did a big poo and then the screaming and sweating both stopped, she's noticeably uncomfortable when doing a poo and has wind too. Her temp is consistently measuring at about 36.4.

She's perfectly happy just now, lying on her changing mat after a change, looking around and moving arms and legs etc as normal.

Given she had wind as well as the runs was really wondering re pros and cons of continuing with plan to help the wind.
