Up teat size or oz?

So got a 7 week old daughter. She is starting to fall asleep mid feed, screams when I try and wind her and cries after she finishes a bottle. Only started past 4 feeds. She has around 4oz every 4 hours and at night she sometimes goes 5 hour plus. She's on comfort milk and colief.
So question is do I change teat size and up her oz? I tried changing teat size yesterday but she dribbled alot so i went back to size 1 ( MAM BOTTLES) do I just let her get used to the new flow?

You should be feeding on demand. That means feeding when she should feeding cues and giving as much as she wants so she should never drain a bottle. If she does finish a bottle then you need to over for milk.

Comfort milk is thicker so she may need the next size teat already.

Not everyone feeds on demand, so you aren't doing it wrong!

I would say go up a teat size. If she regularly finishes a bottle you may want to up the ounces as well

I do feed on demand but she's like clockwork. I tried size 2 teat with last two feeds but she was dribbling loads so going to wait abit longer. I've increased her to 6oz today so will see how she gets on

Health visitor advised me don't change tests you can stay on size one right through.

@starpatch are you sure? That doesn’t sound accurate to me at all. Size 1 is very slow and most babies will get frustrated at the bottle or fall asleep mid feed as they’re taking up so much energy just from sucking!
Agree with above post if baby is draining every bottle up the feed by an oz and go from there.

Never used mam bottles but I remember if they finish the four ounces next time make five?
Also you have to give more than once for changing teats til they get used to it - maybe try a few different winding position too? Our favourite was wiggling bum on knee gently and would always get a good burp.
Sorry if you have already tried just trying to remind myself as well what we did.
